Our relationship with the people we love can at times suffer under pressure of our lives and that may lead to the communication break down and at times break down of that very relationship. If the issues are not resolved it can lead to feeling of resentment for both parties involved.
Couples therapy has helped many couples repair and improve their relationships. I have worked with many couples over the years by analysing their behavioural patterns and the way they communicate with each other. My aim has always been to help them resolve their issues by providing them with new tools and skills to improve their communication. At times it might be difficult to identify our attachment style and how that can impact our intimate relationships. I help couples recognise their own individual attachment patterns and work on their ways of relating to one another by creating a safe environment and practising more productive ways of expressing emotions. I can help you understand what your expectations are from the relationship and your partner and where that comes from so that you can compromise with each other and find ways to move forward and resolve your conflicts.
